Texas Roadhouse Restaurant is offering a certificate for a free Cactus Blossom (fried onion appetizer) with your next purchase of two entrees. The certificate says you can substitute a potato skins appetizer if you prefer.It may take a day or two to get the email response as it appears thay have a manual review process instead of an automated system.
